Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 13, 2026

Introduction

Still Intent is developed and operated by Low Latency Labs LLC. We take your privacy seriously. This policy explains what data we collect (almost none) and how your information is handled when you use Still Intent.

Information We Collect

Still Intent stores your habit data — including habit names, icons, logs, and goals — locally on your device using Apple's SwiftData framework. This data never leaves your device unless you enable iCloud sync.

iCloud Sync

If you use iCloud, your habit data syncs across your Apple devices via Apple's CloudKit. This data is governed by Apple's Privacy Policy. We do not have access to your CloudKit data.

Purchases

In-app purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. We do not collect, store, or have access to your payment information, Apple ID, or transaction details.

Information We Do NOT Collect

We do not collect personal information, usage analytics, device identifiers, location data, or any other tracking data. We do not use third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking tools. We have no servers that receive your data.

Children's Privacy

Still Intent does not knowingly collect information from children under 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). The app does not require an account or personal information to use.

Data Security

Your data is stored on your device and protected by your device's built-in security features. iCloud data is encrypted by Apple in transit and at rest.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.

Your Rights Under GDPR (European Users)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing of, and port your personal data. Because Still Intent stores all data locally on your device, you inherently control your data. You can export your data at any time via the CSV export in Settings, and permanently delete all data using the Reset App function. We do not process your data on any server. If you have questions about exercising your rights, contact us at [email protected].

Your Rights Under CCPA (California Users)

If you are a California resident, under the California Consumer Privacy Act you have the right to: (1) know what personal information is collected (see "Information We Collect" above); (2) request deletion of your personal information (use Reset App in Settings); (3) opt out of the sale of personal information — we do not sell, share, or disclose your personal information to any third party; (4) non-discrimination for exercising your rights. Because we collect no personal information on our servers, these rights are inherently satisfied by the app's local-first architecture.

Data Retention

Your habit data is stored on your device indefinitely until you choose to delete it. You can delete all data at any time using the Reset App function in Settings, or by uninstalling the app. We do not retain any copy of your data on our servers, because we have no servers.
